  1. Producer
    Seeking an experienced commercial insurance producer, who is well versed and knowledgeable about the business. Someone very energetic and skillful with talking to people. There is tremendous room to grow.

    - Grow and maintain profitable book of business.

    Minimum Qualifications
    - Prefer Producers with established books of business.

  2. Client Services Representative
    This is an Account Manager working on a very large book of business in the Commercial Lines area. The job does require experience in the Commercial Lines area. The job assists the production team in the production and service of new and existing accounts. This includes customer service and all related functions of support for the C/L book of business they are assigned.

    Duties and Responsibilities
    - Reviews all existing and renewal policy documents for completeness by confirming appropriate signatures, endorses or attests to receiving affixed checks and affirms that paper policy is in exact accordance with the information in the I.T. system to bind contract within 24 hours and avoid any Errors and Omissions. Endorses and writes new policies for existing accounts and renewals by effectively ascertaining data integrity in the Sagitta System and follows guidelines to confirm credibility and accuracy of data input and makes corrections to ensure continuity and reports any discrepancies immediately to account Agent to reduce risk of Errors and Omissions. Builds client alliances by responding to client calls and addressing inquiries in a knowledgeable, timely, polite and professional manner; and may also act on clients requests to produce certificates of coverage to provide valuable service that will lead to referrals of new business or retention of renewed business. Builds professional working relationships with Agents by servicing agent accounts effectively, follows through with Agents' and CSR-1s' and CSAs' reasonable requests in a timely and courteous fashion and communicates and plans account issues including observation of clients omission of payments or cancellations, to maintain an overall team service commitment to clients. Cross sells new business and renews client policies by assessing client needs and bidding quotes through various carriers to offer clients best value to increase and retain business. Initiates and documents appropriate corrective measures for account completion. Process audits and acts as liaison between insured and insurance vendor regarding any dispute and ensures compliance with company recommendations to prevent cancellations.

    Minimum Qualifications
    - Minimum High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Must obtain and keep a 440 or 220 license active. 10- year experience with solid agency experience as a CSR within a retail agency with broad underwriting experience preferred. Knowledge of local market products is necessary. Clear verbal communication skills. Ability to read and comprehend simple to instructions. Ability to write simple but professional correspondence. Demonstrates effective presentation of information in one-on-one situations. Ability to communicate effectively within all levels of an organization; i.e. Presidents and Administrative staff. Must comprehend and effectively relay contractual obligations. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed and some complicated written and oral instructions. Ability to recognize obstacles and apply common sense reasoning and negotiating skills to overcome customers' objections to maintain client satisfaction. Show ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to handle call volume while processing data into system and attending to agents simultaneously. Must comprehend underwriting components and apply them to the sales process. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide. Must demonstrate good interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, agents and co-workers. Ability to work individually and as part of a team. Basic computer skills, word processing software programs are necessary for to maneuver around the system and correspond with agents and clients.. Organizational skills and attention to detail is essential to prioritize and meet stringent deadlines. The candidate or incumbent must demonstrate the ability to handle call volume while processing detailed information correctly.
